The big thing on the Internet at the minute is social networking. For me it began with myspace.com in 2002 or 2003 when not that many of my friends used it or any other sites at the time. It was not that popular in Ireland until about 3 years ago when bebo.com became the place to communicate online. Now facebook.com is massive and everyone uses it. It has almost replaced even msn messenger for keeping in touch with people online. I find social networks site really useful for keeping in touch with many of my friends and family across the world!
